Application Scope

BW8010 is used as an anti-corrosion and waterproof primer coating on concrete, marble, ceramic tile, wood, metal and compatible prepared substrates before follow-up coatings.

  • Concrete SubstratesPrimer review for strong, dense, flat, clean and dry concrete before compatible coating systems.
  • Marble and Ceramic TileSurface wet-out and adhesion support after cleaning, decontamination and compatibility review.
  • Wood SubstratesPrepared wood surfaces can be reviewed where the surface is clean, dry and free of burrs or loose debris.
  • Metal SubstratesMetal use requires rust removal and surface preparation to the specified standard before primer selection.

Designed for Solvent-Free Primer Preparation

BW8010 helps applicators build a sealed primer interface on properly prepared substrates before the subsequent coating layer, while supporting adhesion, chemical-resistance review and waterproof coating preparation.

≥98%Solid ContentSupports dense primer film build without relying on solvent evaporation.

30 dAlkali ResistanceLists no corrosion, blistering or peeling under the stated 50% NaOH test condition.

Product Features and Advantages

BW8010 focuses on solvent-free primer preparation, helping build a sealed interface with high-solids film formation, substrate penetration, adhesion improvement and following-coat compatibility.

Sealing and Application Support

  • Adhesion ImprovementHelps improve adhesion between the substrate and the following compatible coating.
  • Sealing and PenetrationStrong substrate permeability and sealing performance help prepare the base layer before coating build-up.
  • Water and Moisture ResistanceSupports waterproof and moisture-resistance review for prepared compatible substrates.
  • Compatibility With Subsequent CoatingsDesigned as a primer step before compatible coating layers, not as the main membrane layer.

Protection Performance

  • Chemical Medium ResistanceSupports acid, alkali, salt, salt spray and oil-resistance review under stated conditions.
  • Temperature Variation ResistanceThe physical table lists temperature-variation resistance under the stated laboratory test condition.
  • Bubble Reduction SupportHelps reduce bubble generation when used with proper substrate preparation and compatible subsequent coats.
  • Odorless and VOC-Free ProfileBW8010 is listed as solvent-free; review the latest SDS for odor, VOC, ventilation, PPE and handling requirements before use.
