Scalable Manufacturing and Stable Supply Capacity

Whether for routine purchasing or centralized project stock preparation, BW Polyurea provides a stable and continuous supply of materials. Our 25-mu (approximately 4.1-acre) polyurea production base in Jiangsu integrates the production, testing and warehousing of spray polyurea, hand-applied polyurea, polyaspartic coatings and complementary protective coatings. The listed annual production capacity totals approximately 16,000 metric tons, meeting the practical needs of waterproofing contractors and engineering projects from material selection and stock preparation through delivery.

Polyurea Production Base

The 25-mu (approximately 4.1-acre) polyurea production base includes production workshops, an R&D laboratory, a quality testing area, and raw-material and finished-product warehouses. It covers formulation scale-up, mass production, in-process inspection, finished-product storage and shipment, supporting stable production and consolidated supply for engineering projects.

R&D and Technical Support

Formulations and material selections are adapted to different substrates, service environments and application methods. We provide product documentation, application parameters, recommendations for compatible primers and topcoats, and support for project-related issues, helping contractors bridge the gap from material selection to on-site application.

Annual Polyurea Production Capacity

Annual capacities include 5,000 metric tons of two-component spray polyurea; 2,000 metric tons of one-component, hand-applied polyurea industrial anti-corrosion coating; 2,000 metric tons of one-component polyurea building waterproofing coating; 1,000 metric tons of one-component, hand-applied thick-film polyurea for dam reinforcement, repair and seepage control; and 2,000 metric tons of polyaspartic anti-corrosion and waterproofing topcoat.

The manufacturing system covers raw-material management, formula-based charging, material preparation, in-process sampling, batch testing, finished-product release, zoned storage and order dispatch, supporting scalable production and consolidated supply for engineering projects.

Polyurea R&D and Comprehensive Performance Validation

Our laboratory focuses on polyurea product development and practical application validation. It is equipped for spray sample preparation, tensile, abrasion, high- and low-temperature, and ageing tests, and can evaluate key indicators including strength, elongation at break, hardness, adhesion, viscosity, moisture, cure condition and coating-film performance. The resulting data supports formulation optimization, system compatibility and material selection under different service conditions.

Application Conditions and System Validation

For concrete, steel and other substrates, as well as waterproofing, corrosion protection, wear resistance and flooring environments, the laboratory uses sample preparation, cure observation and relevant performance tests to verify compatibility between the primer, main polyurea layer and topcoat, providing a basis for material selection and application parameters.

Testing Equipment for Key Performance Indicators

The laboratory is equipped for spray sample preparation, coating-film observation, tensile, abrasion, high- and low-temperature, and ageing tests, together with hardness, adhesion, viscosity, moisture and cure-condition checks. These capabilities cover the main indicators required for polyurea product development, comprehensive performance validation and system compatibility.

End-to-End Quality Management from Raw-Material Procurement to Finished-Product Release

Quality management covers supplier qualification, raw-material procurement and incoming confirmation, formula-based material issuance, batch production, process-parameter control, sampling and finished-product release. Technical, production and quality-control personnel review critical steps. Batches with abnormal results are resampled for confirmation or returned to production for rework, and only approved products proceed to storage and delivery.

Supplier Qualification and Raw-Material Procurement

Before raw materials are purchased, technical and procurement personnel confirm purchasing requirements against the product formulation and review supplier qualifications, material quality, supply capability and batch information. Incoming materials are checked on arrival and enter production only after confirmation.

Material Preparation and Production Process Control

Before production, the order and technical formula are reviewed, materials are issued and the batch is confirmed. During production, charging ratios, measurement records, reaction time, reaction temperature, cooling and sampling inspections are controlled.

Finished-Product Inspection and Release

After production, each batch is tested for viscosity, moisture, content, appearance and cure condition. Spray- or hand-applied test panels are prepared to verify physical properties and application condition. Batches with abnormal results are resampled and retested, and confirmed nonconforming batches are returned to production for rework.
