What BW8007 delivers

BW8007 is formulated with high-performance polyurethane resin prepolymer as the main film-forming material. It absorbs atmospheric moisture to cure and forms a high-penetration primer layer that helps outdoor tile and concrete substrates bond more reliably with follow-up coatings.

  • Outdoor tile adhesionHelps improve coating adhesion on outdoor tile, concrete and other mineral substrates.
  • Low viscosityHigh fluidity supports penetration into pores and surface capillaries.
  • One-component brushingSingle-component handling makes brush and roller primer work more convenient on site.
  • Sealing penetrationExcellent sealing and penetration performance helps reduce bubbles and improve service life.

FAQ

FAQ about BW8007 outdoor tile and concrete polyurea primer.

These answers support engineering review, contractor planning and bulk project purchasing before ordering.

What is BW8007 used for?

BW8007 is a one-component sealing and penetrating polyurea primer used before protective coating systems, especially where outdoor tile, concrete, marble, ceramic tile or wood substrates need stronger adhesion support.

Why is BW8007 suitable for outdoor tile surfaces?

BW8007 has low viscosity, high fluidity and good wetting performance, helping the primer penetrate and bond to tile and mineral substrate surfaces before the next coating layer.

What are the key technical values for BW8007?

The product data lists one-component handling, theoretical coverage of 0.08 kg per square meter at 40 micrometers, adhesive strength of 2.9 on dry concrete surface, and normal temperature-variation performance after -40 to +150 degrees C for 24 h.

Which application methods are recommended?

The application guide lists brush, roller, airless spray and air spray. For many outdoor tile primer projects, the one-component brush or roller workflow is convenient because no A/B mixing is required.

What surface preparation is required before BW8007?

The tile or concrete surface should be completely dry, clean and compact with no grease or stains. Obvious cracks or damaged areas should be repaired before application, then the surface should be cleaned by air grinding or vacuum cleaning.

What should buyers confirm before ordering?

Buyers should confirm outdoor tile condition, substrate moisture, surface profile, selected topcoat, brush or roller workflow, packaging quantity, storage conditions and the latest technical data sheet before ordering BW8007.
