Hand-Applied Polyurea Roof & Renovation Coating

BW6-9528

One-component aromatic hand-applied polyurea coating for roof waterproofing, renovation details, old SBS membrane repair and prepared color-steel roof protection.

Product Description

BW6-9528 is a one-component aromatic-modified polyurea waterproof and anti-corrosion protective coating material. This product exhibits excellent adhesion to both concrete and steel substrates, and features simple application that does not require specialized polyurea spraying equipment. Owing to its unique chemical structure, the cured coating film demonstrates outstanding chemical medium resistance and superior waterproofing performance, rendering it an ideal material for waterproof and anti-corrosion protection applications. Its characteristics of high elasticity and high bond strength make it particularly suitable for waterproofing projects of building roofs, balconies, bathrooms, exterior walls and basements, and is especially applicable to the renovation of old roofs constructed with SBS membranes as well as anti-corrosion and waterproofing treatment of old profiled colored steel tile roofs.

FAQ about BW6-9528 aromatic polyurea roof coating.

These answers follow the BW6-9528 data sheet and focus on roof waterproofing, SBS membrane repair and color-steel roof planning before ordering.

BW6-9528 is a one-component aromatic hand-applied coating for roof waterproofing, renovation details, old SBS membrane review and prepared color-steel roof protection.

It can be reviewed for prepared roofs, balconies, basements, exterior-wall details, old SBS membrane overlay review and color-steel roof repair.

Existing membrane must be firmly bonded, dry and clean. Loose, blistered or failed areas should be removed, and compatibility or adhesion trials may be required.

Assess corrosion condition, remove loose rust, treat fasteners, laps and seams, and review compatible primer before coating. Active leaks require detail correction, not indiscriminate overcoating.

For exposed projects, review UV exposure, color requirements, service conditions and compatible topcoat needs. Do not assume one layer covers every outdoor requirement.

BW6-9528 is positioned for roof and renovation coating, including old SBS and color-steel roof review. BW6-9526 is a localized scraper-applied repair coating for surfaces and details.

Buyers can request the latest TDS, SDS, application guidance, packing information and project-specific roof or renovation review before ordering.
