Designed for Stable Spray Protection Across Changing Site Conditions

BW3-951 helps applicators form a continuous spray-applied membrane on properly prepared substrates while reducing sensitivity to humidity and temperature during application. It is a suitable choice when projects need fast film build, fewer weak joints and integrated anticorrosion waterproof protection.

100%Solids ContentBuilds a solvent-free protective film without solvent evaporation, helping reduce shrinkage and support consistent membrane thickness.
3-5 sGel TimeSupports rapid spray build on vertical, curved and detailed surfaces, helping the membrane stay in place during application.
20 MPaTensile StrengthProvides mechanical resistance for protective layers exposed to movement, abrasion or demanding service conditions.
460%ElongationHelps the film flex with substrate movement and maintain continuity around joints, corners and transitions.

Product Features and Advantages

BW3-951 is built for stable spray application under changing site conditions, helping applicators maintain film continuity, fast curing and reliable protective performance during project-scale waterproofing and anti-corrosion work.

Film Formation and Application

  • Solvent-Free 100% SolidsBuilds film without solvent evaporation, helping maintain thickness and reduce shrinkage during cure.
  • Rapid Cure Without SaggingSupports fast build on vertical, sloped and curved surfaces where a sprayed membrane needs to stay in place.
  • Humidity and Temperature ToleranceHelps the spray process remain more stable when site conditions are difficult to keep perfectly constant.
  • Dense Seamless FlexibilityForms a dense, seamless coating that can flex with prepared substrates and detail areas.
  • Fast Return to ServiceFast curing helps shorten the waiting time between spraying and the next project stage.
  • Durability SupportSupports long-term protective service when the substrate, primer, film thickness and exposure conditions are confirmed.

Protection Performance

  • High Adhesive StrengthSupports strong bonding to steel, concrete, wood, glass fiber and other compatible substrates after proper preparation.
  • Impact and Abrasion ResistanceHelps protect surfaces exposed to wear, impact, traffic or demanding industrial service conditions.
  • Chemical ResistanceSupports anticorrosion protection where acids, alkali, salts, oils or chemical splash need to be reviewed.
  • Waterproof PerformanceForms a continuous membrane for compatible structures that need waterproof and anti-seepage protection.
  • Shock and Temperature Variation ResistanceHelps the protective layer handle vibration, impact and temperature-change stress in service.
