Product Description

BW3-562 is a 100% solids aromatic polyurea elastomer formulated for application with compatible portable spraying equipment. It provides an alternative for projects where conventional plural-component high-pressure spray equipment is not practical. Application Note

  • For metal surfaces, review blast cleaning to Sa2.5 according to ISO 8501-1 or GB 8923. For concrete, prepare a firm, dense, flat, clean and dry surface. For wood, keep the surface clean, dry and free of burrs or loose fragments.
  • Use BW3-562 at the required material temperature. If product temperature is too low, warm it to around 35°C according to the latest application instruction before use.
  • Spray polyurea within the proper interval if the substrate surface is primed. For BW polyurea primer application and recoat interval, refer to the related Colorful Whale Advanced Materials (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. brochure.
  • Always apply BW3-562 on a small area before larger application to check that the mix ratio, color and spray effect are correct.
