BW3-319 High-Strength Spray Polyurea for Special Vehicle Protection
BW3-319
High-strength spray polyurea coating for special vehicle surfaces, chassis protection, body reinforcement, impact resistance and abrasion-resistant metal protection.
BW3-319 is a 100% solids high-strength anti-explosion coating. Featuring a tough, dense matrix and high-adhesion bonding to substrates, it significantly enhances the structural strength of vehicle bodies. The coating achieves an optimal balance of rigidity and toughness, with excellent shock absorption, rebound resilience and noise reduction performance. It effectively mitigates vehicle damage caused by explosive shock waves and fragment splashes, providing reliable protection for the property and personal safety of special-purpose vehicles. As early as the 1980s, U.S. military and special operations fleets began using this high-strength anti-explosion coating material on armored military vehicles, patrol vehicles, cash transport vehicles and high-security civilian vehicles. With over 30 years of real-world application and rigorous testing, the coating has delivered outstanding protective performance for various special-purpose vehicles and earned high recognition from users across the United States.
