Polyaspartic Metal Anti-Corrosion Protective Coating

BW0-8028

Aliphatic polyaspartic metal protective coating for prepared steel, tanks, containers, pipelines, vehicle frames and exposed anti-corrosion finish systems.

Product Description

BW0-8028 is synthesized through the reaction polymerization of polyaspartic ester and polyisocyanate. As polyaspartic ester is an aliphatic sterically hindered secondary amine, and the selected curing component is an aliphatic polyisocyanate, the coating exhibits high gloss and excellent color retention, making it ideal for long-term outdoor applications. When the secondary amine groups react with isocyanate groups, a polymer network structure with high crosslinking density and interpenetrating polymer chains is formed, which endows the product with outstanding physical and chemical properties.
