One-Component Hand-Scraped Thick-Film Polyurea Coating

BW6-9526

One-component aromatic hand-scraped thick-film polyurea repair coating for localized waterproofing, crack and joint repair, corrosion protection and wear-resistant maintenance.

Product Description

BW6-9526 is a single-component aromatic thick-film polyurea anti-corrosion waterproof coating. It cures to form a thick-film protective membrane that exhibits excellent adhesion to both concrete and steel structures. Unlike conventional pure polyurea materials, this product can be applied easily without requiring specialized polyurea spraying equipment. Owing to its unique chemical structure, the coating delivers outstanding chemical resistance and waterproof performance, making it an ideal material for integrated waterproof and anti-corrosion protection. Its combination of high elasticity and high mechanical strength renders it particularly suitable for wall waterproofing in buildings, water sealing for structural cracks and expansion joints, as well as anti-seepage and leakage blocking for harbors, docks and dams.

  • Water-conservancy structuresFor dam, coastal embankment and hydropower anti-seepage or leakage-blocking repair review.
  • Harbor and dock maintenanceFor localized protective maintenance where scraper-applied thick film is preferred.
  • Concrete and steel detailsFor prepared concrete and steel substrates where waterproofing, anti-corrosion and wear resistance are required.

Designed for Thick-Film Hand-Scraped Repair

BW6-9526 helps applicators build a thicker protective layer without specialized polyurea spray equipment. It is suitable when localized repair requires waterproofing, adhesion and wear-resistant protection on prepared surfaces.

19 MPaTensile StrengthProvides mechanical strength for protective repair areas exposed to abrasion or impact.
320%ElongationHelps the coating accommodate suitable substrate movement after crack activity is reviewed.
60 kN/mTear StrengthProvides listed tear-resistance data for thick-film repair and waterproofing detail work.
10 / 3.3 MPaAdhesive StrengthLists adhesion to steel and concrete bases after proper surface preparation.

Product Features and Advantages

BW6-9526 supports localized thick-film repair where spray equipment is not practical, helping build a tough hand-scraped protective layer for waterproofing details, crack repair, anti-seepage and maintenance work.
